Stitch combinations for crazy quilting

Seam embellishment stitch combination 41 and 42 (below)

No 41and 42 is another variation of the same idea. This time Feather stitch is worked with 4 spikes allowing plenty of room for further embellishment.

The butterfly winds are triple chain.

Once again this combinations start off with 2 foundation rows of buttonhole. This time it is worked in a zigzag manner over the central line and back to back to form hills either side of the central line.

Work these two rows of buttonhole well apart to allow for further embellishment.

Of course individual motifs can simply worked in rows as i have illustrated in these diagrams. In this case in each of these triple chain was used to create motifs.
