StephnieNovatski: statement

My block is Mardi Gras Colors, Green, gold, and purple, with black thrown in for drama. I tried to capture the excitement and mystery of New Orleans-which a mask and it's crowning "feathered" head-dress as the centerpiece. The block glitters with "life" from all the silver lined beads, metallic threads, and rhinestones.
